Return/Exchange Policy

Timepeices bought from Favwatch.com can be returned in their original brand new, unused condition for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt and should include the manufacturer's packing, stickers, tags, warranty card, instruction booklets and any other items including accessories and free gifts which came with your purchase. Items showing signs of wear cannot be returned and will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. We will issue a refund through the same way the item was paid for originally within 7 business days of receipt of return. We will issue a check for items originally paid through a money order.

 

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns but we deduct actual shipping charges paid by us for returns.

 

Please note that special orders are not returnable as we do not stock or display those items on our website.

 

We sell 100% brand new timepieces and they should keep accurate time. Please inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working condiion before removing any tags or wearing it. We cannot accept returns once the tags are removed or the watch is worn or resized. If mechanical issue is noticed  after wearing or resizing a watch please contact the manufacturer (depending on the brand) to have the watch serviced under the warranty. Click here for warranty details. We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. The buyer is responsible to inspect the watch upon receipt to and ensure that it is working perfectly, before wearing.

 

If a buyer refuses to accept delivery or the address is wrong or undeliverable and and the watch is sent back to us, it will beconsidered as a return and may be subject to a deduction of shipping charges. In such a case, we will attempt to contact the buyer for up to three days following our receipt of the package. If the buyer cannot be reached within that time, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping paid by us.

 

How to return a watch ?

If you choose to return a watch, contact us to request a RMA# (Return Merchant Authorization Number) with the reason of your return. This number must be boldly displayed on the box. The RMA # should also be added on the Invoice with your return with the reason of your return. The package should include the watch with original packing including tags, stickers, warranty card, booklet and box and gifts if any. Returns must be shipped prepaid through through Fedex , UPS or USPS with insurance with a tracking number. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All returns and exchanges are subject to an inspection by the Returns Department to ensure that the watch is unworn and retains its original tags, plastics, box and manual before we process your refund or exchange request.
