At FAVWATCH.COM , your satisfaction comes first. Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. No returns after 30 days.
  • Returns are Very Costly to You!
    You may return any item for an exchange, refund, or credit to your credit card account less shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for Shipping and Handling (Both Ways) on non-defective items returned.
  • All returns must have a RA Number(Return Authorization), to insure a proper and timely credit . You must call for a "return authorization" before returning any merchandise. Merchandise without a return authorization, will be refused and no credit given. Do not send merchandise to our mailing address - a return address will be given to you when you call for your "return authorization". Items without all original packing materials, law tags, ect. will not be accepted. (if merchandise is damaged during shipping, we will replace the merchandise at no cost to the buyer). If a returned item qualified for free shipping, the shipping & handling cost from Favwatch.com to the destination will be deducted from the refund. Due to monitor discrepancies, all items may not be returned for shade or appearance issues, except in case for manufacturer defects..
  • Unauthorized Returns are subject to the 100% of charges incurred by us to Ship, Process, Order and Return the items, possibly exceeding your original total cost.
  • Any item that is Defective or packed Incorrectly by the Manufacturer, Will be Replaced, at no charge to you.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: Periodically, we may provide promotional offers such as sales or free services. The promotional offers are only valid at the time they are issued. New promotional offers cannot be applied to previous sales.

CANCELED ORDERS: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (please keep in mind that some items ship within 24 hours or less). Once the order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the merchandise for a refund. A 3% fee may be charged for any canceled order beyond 24 hours of order placement. The purpose of this fee is to recover processing costs and bank charge fees related to the transaction. This fee will not apply to any returned merchandise.
Product Pricing - Errors We have several Products priced by humans and constantly changing. On very rare occasions an item may be priced in error, such as a $500.00 item for $50.00. If you were to order this, we would immediately notify you of our error and work to get you a great product at a great price.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell an item that is incorrectly priced at the erroneous price.


SHIPPING: Items normally ship within the times specified on the individual product pages. Items that are out of stock are Orders over $200.00 will be shipped for free unless noted for a particular item. An additional surcharge will be added to standard sized orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Items are delivered to your door (or curbside if shipped by freight company). Prices and delivery charges do not include uncrating, delivery inside your building, set up, or assembly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Favwatch.com does not ship to locations outside of the United States.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT: Carefully examine package for any visual damage. If damage is noticed, do not accept or sign for the merchandise. Request a damage notification slip from shipper and notify Favwatch.com  immediately. If damage is concealed, notify Favwatch.com within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

PRIVACY: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your orders and to contact you if necessary. We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information to others. We want you to be assured that your personal information is kept confidential whether asking for information or placing an order. When you order, we ask that you provide the information necessary to process your order. We need your name, email address, mailing address, delivery address, home and work phone numbers, and credit card number with expiration date. This way, we can process your order expediently and keep you updated concerning its status.
